Go to Settings > Wireless & networks > More...> Mobile networks > Access Point names

Press the Menu > New APN

Enter name: Dialog
APN: dialogbb
Proxy: <not set>
Port: <not set>
Username:  <not set>
Password: <not set>
Server:  <not set>
MMSC: http://mms.dialog.lk:3130/mmsc
MMS Proxy:  <not set>
MMS Port: 8080
MCC: 413
MNC: 02
Authentication type: None
APN type:  <not set>

* MANUALLY SETUP INTERNET CONFIGURATION SETTINGS ON ANDROID

Goto App Drawer > Settings

Click More...under Wireless & Networks

Select Mobile networks from the menu

Enable data.select Data enabled

Select Access Point Names

To Create a new APN configuration, press menu key and select New APN

Now edit the settings accordingly
